Resolute Body combines components of many modalities of fitness. We use weights and bands for strength and power training, HIIT and circuit timers, mat pilates, yoga, PNF stretching techniques, sports specific movement pattern training and more, to make sure that you are getting the type of training that's best for your body. No two people are alike, and fitness cannot and should not be one size fits all.

The type of training you do should grow and change as your body becomes stronger and more capable. We focus strongly on injury prevention and rehabilitation and on the overall picture including nutrition, life habits, sleep, stress and even time management to make sure you experience actual true health and not just tempory weight loss or muscle gain.
